Hello Millies, great news, we have just past the 68,000 hits since we started our site so thanks to all that have contributed so far. We need more photo's people, so get them cameras or mobile phones clicking at any events you're running in. Goal setting is a tricky business. The key is to set goals in steps and to make them reasonable and attainable. Try to move ahead too quickly and you will set yourself up for defeat, and that setback might discourage you in your running
