HILL RACES; 2 CLUB, 2 FROM 5 SHORT, 2 FROM 3 MEDIUM (TOTAL OF 6 RACES)
HILL RACE POINTS BASED ON 5 “MILES” FOR SHORT/CLUB RACES & 9 MILES FOR MEDIUM OR LONG RACES
CROSS COUNTRY; 3 FROM 6.
PLEASE NOTIFY RACE CO-ORDINATORS OF RESULTS FOR SCOTTISH RACES NOT ON THE CALENDAR AS THESE WILL COUNT AS WELL
ONLY NON SCOTTISH RACE TO COUNT WOULD BE ANY MARATHON
