HILL RACE POINTS BASED ON 5 “MILES” FOR SHORT/CLUB RACES & 9 MILES FOR MEDIUM OR LONG RACES
CROSS COUNTRY; 3 FROM 7.
PLEASE NOTIFY RACE CO-ORDINATORS OF RESULTS FOR RACES NOT ON THE CALENDAR AS THESE WILL COUNT AS WELL
